Pain points & solutions

The website needed to feel friendly, human, and approachable, yet high-end and luxurious, the same balance struck in the branding, now tested across an interactive, animated web environment.
The hero section went through many iterations, swinging between too serious and dry to too playful and colorful, before landing on the right first impression for the brand.
3D elements needed careful iteration on placement, location, and animation intensity, so they read as professional and appealing to health practitioners rather than overly 'tech' in feel.
Every page needed to stay coherent with the brand identity already established, so the website felt like a natural extension of it rather than a separate, disconnected experience.
Solutions tested

Strategic 3D element placement

3D elements were placed and animated with restraint, adding a sense of play without overpowering the site or shifting the feel from healthcare to overly 'tech.

Large, dynamic typography

Large type was used throughout, an accessible web practice that also brings dynamism to the site while keeping the tone serious and professional. Objective and clear information needed to be a key part of the design.

Decorative shape masks for photography

Photos of doctors and health spaces, which can feel clinical or intimidating, were framed in harmonious geometric shape masks to soften the human touch and ease viewer anxiety.

Balanced earth and pastel palette

Earth tones and pastels were carefully balanced across the site so the environment never tipped too dark and 'tech,' nor too light and purely playful, providing a credible environment while remaining dynamic.

A harmonious experience

The final website brings every solution together (restrained 3D elements, large dynamic typography, geometric shape masks over photography, and a balanced earth-and-pastel palette), into one harmonious experience: easy to read, easy to navigate, and never out of touch or unattainable, while still looking luxurious, thoughtful, and genuinely human.

A few technologically impressive touches give the site a future-facing edge, echoing NFU Santé's actual health centers, so that browsing the site already feels like part of the NFU experience, before ever stepping into a location.
